2012 Centurion Cycling Ellicottville Brings Cyclist to a Great New Venue

Centurion Cycling is bringing its brand of organized cycling event to Ellicottville, New York from August 17 through August 19, 2012. The event is not a mountain bike event, which is customary to the region. This is road course cycling! There are many schedule events over the 3 days for cyclist of all ability levels. The courses start in Ellicottville and wind through the surrounding hills and valleys, which is a great venue for road cycling.

Centurion Cycling events are for individuals, cycling teams, bike clubs, charities looking to fund raise, triathletes in training and kids of all ages. A coordinated start for each distance using pace corrals means those who want to race can race, and those who prefer to ride can ride. Some of the events give the feel of a marathon with the Tour de France cycling. Each Centurion Cycling event features controlled traffic, technical and medical support, and precise chip timing. The race is both for the serious cyclist and for those who want to ride for the mental and physical challenge of a 25, 50 or 100 mile cycle or to raise money for a cause. Centurion will position riders who want to race at the front of our giant peloton, with those who are just riding to finish further back. Either way, each rider's official time starts when the rider — and the provided timing chip attached to the bike’s fork — cross the start line. Centurion Cycling is a well run event and is a great challenge for cyclist of all ages and abilities. In addition to Ellicottville,NY cycling event;  Centurion Cycling also has events in Lake George, NY in June 2012, Horseshoe Valley Ontario in July 2012 and the Blue Mountains Canada September 2012.
